I'm a convert
I loved my non-stick cookware but my partner really wanted to stop using it, so I was reluctant to make the swap. But my first cheesecake turned out fantastic, and then so did a savoury pie with filo pastry. No sticking and with the bonus of being able to chuck it in the dishwasher - I am officially throwing my non-stick pans away!
