Shipping policy

Our Shipping Rates 

All shipping rates and product prices on this site are quoted in AUD.
If you are shopping with us from outside of Australia, the site will convert to your local currency at checkout. A currency indicator i.e. NZD or USD should be displayed next to the total.

Shipping within Australia:
Parcels are $14.95 flat rate. Free on orders over $250
Express shipping is also available.

Shipping to New Zealand:
Parcels are $30 flat rate. For NZD customers this will convert to NZD on checkout.
There is no free shipping threshold due to the cost of shipping internationally. 

Shipping to US
Calculated at check out based on weight. Tariffs are additonal

Do you offer local pick up as an option?
We do not offer pick up at this stage.

Where do you ship to?
As an Australian based company we ship throughout Australia. We also offer shipping to New Zealand. Other international addresses on request.

What postal service do you use?
We utilise a variety of postal services, dependent on your location. We generally use Australia Post, Aramex and Sendle, however on occasion will utilise other delivery partners to ensure we can keep postage costs affordable for you.

How soon after placing an order do you ship?
Orders placed by 12pm will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped next day. This occurs on weekdays (excluding public holidays)
