Worth every cent!
Have used this twice using a no knead honey oat bread recipe, and a knead white sandwich bread recipe. Both turned out great! Just have to play around with the size of the dough to fully fit the pullman. But am very happy with the results so far. Love the straight edges. Definitely recommend 👌

Versatile bread pan
I have only made a sour dough loaf in this pan, so had to tweak things a bit to make it work for me.
My loaf is put in the fridge for 1 -2 days to prove. And then goes straight into a hot oven. Two things I tweaked were 1) I not only greased pan with coconut oil, but added some flour over the oil as well and
2) I brought the loaf to room temperature before popping into oven. I use spelt flour so that complicates things a little. Overall, this is a fabulous concept, can't wait to try a simple white loaf in this pan.
The pan itself is a little wider than an ordinary loaf pan and is very good quality and makes for a chewy hearty loaf. I am pleased with my purchase.

Decent size like a supermarket loaf size
Amazing bread tin. Loved using it. Very easy to use. Need to adjust my recipe as it was a bit big and the top did stick to the lid on my first attempt using it. Not a pretty first loaf attempt. Will get better as I play around with recipes and do more. I understand now why my chef brother-in-law said at the 10 min mark I should open it and slice/slash the across the top/center line to ensure it rises more evenly (not in the middle). Will use olive oil and flour to grease the tin next time
