Useage comments: It is possible that your pan may warp. This does not occur with every pan but with some it may. This is normal. Metal expands as it heats and relaxes as it cools to normal shape.

We know some have more movement than others. Is it ideal? No but it's unfortunately part of the way a flat piece of steel works. These trays are only 1 sheet of stainless steel - not tri ply like a saucepan so there is no reinforcement due to the style and manufacturing process

We tend to forgive them for their misbehaviour from time to time as they are a clean and safe way to cook, much nicer than alternatives and so easy to clean
