Solidly made. I baked some muffs without paper & just oiled the sides, but it was a bit difficult to clean, so the second go around I used baking paper liners which made it easy to clean & easy to use.

I was skeptical if these would work without using cupcake liner but I gave it a go. The muffins came out cooked evenly and they didn’t stick. Cleaning the muffin pan was a breeze. A little bit of soap and a soft sponge and it was done. I’ll be buying lots more.

I absolutely love my new, stainless steel muffin pans. I thought the muffins might stick the first few times i used them until they became seasoned, but they came out no worries at all. Only had to give them a very light brush with coconut oil. Happily ditching all my old muffin pans.

A great muffin tray that’s been a hit with our baked goods! Easily non stick with a bit of butter, oil or gee, or line with baking paper if that’s your thing! Heats good evenly and consistency is great. Replaced a lot of our older trays with low tox stainless steel options
And it’s been the best thing for us!
