At first my muffins stuck and I was disappointed but it just takes a bit of fine tuning! I realised if you wait for them to cool for a few minutes and they build up a little moisture, then they just pop out 😀

I made my kids favourite savoury muffins with this pan and they came out great! The muffins are easy to take out if you butter the pan well. This pan is so much better than the expensive non-stick one I had before that ended up with the coating coming off anyway.
