This is the cupcake tray I reach for every time. Bit of a learning curve to stop things sticking (mainly just remembering to preheat it!) but worth it to be able to ditch the non stick pans.

So hard to find cupcake trays that aren't non-stick! Bit of a learning curve initially but we've been able to bake goodies in it without paper cup liners and they release beautifully. Fairly easy to clean too.
