Perfect
Loved using this pan. Made a batch of shortbread in it. They baked perfectly and came out super easily.
All I had to remember was grease the pan, once the shortbread was cooked, just let it sit for a about 5 minutes, before taking out. No struggling, and a breeze to clean.

Great non toxic cake tin
Love this non toxic cake tin. We've made brownies and rocky road in it. It's fantastic. Easy to clean. We put a bit of olive oil or butter so nothing sticks. Great non tox product.

I bought this to do school lunchbox prep - it's the right size if I slice it into 6 or 9 depending on the contents. Lightweight, easy to store, easy to clean (I do use baking paper), doesn't warp. so it's good for brownies.
