As non-stick as Teflon minus the cancer
Have done roast veg and cookies on this tray so far.

Great tray
Excellent quality tray, did warp a bit when I used it in the oven but went right back to its original shape with a flat surface once it cooled. Great size for cooking and non toxic - would def recommend.
