Perfect for small snacks
I had misgivings, thinking this would be hard to use and clean, as that has been my experience over the years with making small muffins. But no, the muffins cooked perfectly, were easy to get out and the tray was super easy to clean. I followed the rules by greasing well, leaving the cooked muffins in pan for about 5 minutes before taking out, and soaking the cooled tray. SO EASY
