Stainless Steel Mini Muffin Pan

So happy not to be using my silicone mini muffin pan anymore, I pre heat the pan before adding the mixture and they come out great

I use these mini muffin pans weekly. I loved my first purchase that this was my second! It is the perfect size for the kids lunch boxes.

I use my muffin tray for cookie mixes. They cook really quickly and are little bite sized snacks for on-the go. I'm super happy now that I can cook them, guilt-free and toxin free :)

I had misgivings, thinking this would be hard to use and clean, as that has been my experience over the years with making small muffins. But no, the muffins cooked perfectly, were easy to get out and the tray was super easy to clean. I followed the rules by greasing well, leaving the cooked muffins in pan for about 5 minutes before taking out, and soaking the cooled tray. SO EASY
